Siesta: Tips for Health Performance

Siesta is a term well known in Mexico, that means nap time. Many people do Siesta in Mexico during weekdays. Trading stopped, the people closed their shops and take a nap.

Researchers at Loughborough University's Sleep Research Laboratory have found that humans are designed to sleep two in a day, a major in bed at night and sleep during the day.

Successful people often take a nap on a regular basis: Winston Churchill, John F. Kennedy, Ronald Reagan, Napoleon, Albert Einstein, Thomas Edison, and George W. Bush did Siesta.

Napping works to restore alertness and enhance performance. Napping also extend vigilance few hours on the day.

Siesta is not part of our culture, but it's good if we adopt it for the sake of our physical fitness.
