Coffee Is Good For You

Recent studies show caffeine (in coffee) is good for you. Caffeine helps prevent parkinson's disease, cirrhosis, and male infertility. Caffeine also shows the protection function to the brain, possibly Alzheimer's disease (senile). Coffee has more than 1000 antioxidants; the antioxidant in the coffee is a higher than those the green tea. The key is always same. That is enough. One or two cups of coffee everyday will not hurt you, and the research said that it might help you. But, there are individuals who should avoid to drink coffee, for example patients with cardiac arrhythmias (heart rhythm disorder), etc. Regards.
