How to Develop Long Life and Healthy

If we want to always be healthy and long life, we should to eat various diets (foods), especially anti-inflammatory foods because this is the key of healthy living and longevity. Types of food recommended are foods that have low glycemic index (foods that are slow to affect in increasing the blood sugar levels), high in antioxidants, rich in omega-3 fatty acids, probiotics, higher fiber, and whole grain.

I recommend you to eat combination of foods. This is intended to provide opportunities for our body to get more benefit from the food you eat: drugs or foods with specific benefits may only give one advantage. However, if we combine it with various foods, many risk factors of disease can be prevented.

Benefits consumption in various food pattern is to reduce the level of inflammation (ie, conditions that trigger the metabolic syndrome and diabetes). Experts have known that inflammation is a major cause of chronic diseases and causes normal cells turn into cancer cells. In addition, other benefits various foods consumption is to increase cognitive and memory function.
